Need a different size? We're happy to help with exchanges, subject to availability.

Exchange window

Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

How it works

Message us on Instagram @norix_ae or reply to your order email with your order number and the size you'd like instead. Exchanges depend on stock availability at the time of your request.

If your size is unavailable

If the size you want is out of stock, we'll offer an alternative or process a refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Exchange shipping

Shipping for size exchanges is the customer's responsibility unless the original item was faulty or incorrect.
