Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your NØRIX (NORIX) pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be accepted.

How to start a return

Message us on Instagram @norix_ae or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case NØRIX will cover it.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
